2A Eagles Nest
Perched in the trees on Lower Alpine Road, Eagle’s Nest is a classic Smoky Mountain A-frame chalet. It’s about 3 miles above downtown Gatlinburg: close enough to be on the Parkway in minutes, and far enough to wake up to birdsong instead of traffic.
The main living area centers on a brick wood-burning fireplace with a Smart TV above it. A roomy sectional faces the fire, and windows look out into the woods. Nearby, a dining table with bench seating fits the whole group for breakfast. The bright kitchen has white cabinets, a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and everything you need to cook in.
