The Club Chalet Office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Unfortunately, Club Chalet does not allow pets. There are several area boarding facilities. Our staff would be more than happy to assist you in finding a local facility to house your pet while you are on vacation.
All Club Chalet units are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside of units.
Unit assignments are made by your exchange company. In the event your assigned unit is unavailable due to a maintenance issue, you will be relocated to a comparable unit.
Unit upgrades are based upon availability. Charges do apply for upgrades.
All homeowners and exchange guests will receive a Club Chalet reservation confirmation at least two weeks prior to check-in. This confirmation form is required for check-in.
Club Chalet has two check-in days, Saturday and Sunday. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. both days.
The office closes at 7:00 p.m.
Club Chalet does allow after-hours check-ins. Please refer to your Club Chalet (not your exchange company) confirmation for after-hour instructions. Also, please be sure to contact the Club Chalet Office to notify office staff that you will check-in late.
Check-out time is Saturday or Sunday at or before 10:00 a.m.
Contact the office prior to checking out to obtain a code for the lock-box. Place your check-in folder inside the lock-box before leaving the resort.
Mountain roads can be tough at any time of year. Most roads in our area are well maintained, but they are curvy and steep. While these roads are routinely maintained, they may be bumpy at times. In the late fall, winter and early spring, it is not uncommon to occasionally have hazardous road conditions. For road condition reports, please call 511.
Each unit has an ample supply of bed linens, towels, bath cloths, blankets, pillows, dish soap/detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. In the event you need additional supplies, you may obtain them from the Club Chalet Office. A restock charge will apply for paper towels, dish soap/detergent and laundry detergent.
All units are cleaned and inspected prior to check-in. There is not a daily or mid-week maid service. Linens are able to be changed out through the office throughout the week.
Yes, all Club Chalet units have a landline.
Club Chalet units do not have elevators. Confirmations are sent out prior to check-in describing all units and the number of stairs to enter the unit.
All units have standard bath tubs. Unit 18A is the only unit which has a hot tub at this time.

All units are with a 2.5 mile radius of a Club House.
Club Chalet provides coupons for several area attractions, but does not sell tickets. If you are able to secure discount tickets online, you would be able to print those at the Club Chalet office.
Some units are located in downtown Gatlinburg, so walking to town would not pose a problem. Most units are located 2.5+ miles from downtown Gatlinburg.
